Composed over loud
We move at the pace of the person in front of us. Quiet, authoritative, never a sales pitch.
About the studio
Tidewright Practice is a small studio working at the meeting point of wellbeing and accessibility. We make self-awareness practical and disability ID guidance trustworthy.
Why we exist
We started in 2017 after watching good people bounce off two very different walls: self-help that overwhelmed them, and accessibility paperwork that talked down to them.
So we built one studio for both. The practices are short and evidence-led. The guidance is plain and patient. Accessibility is not a polish pass here, it is the point.
That means descriptive alt text on every image, real labels above every field, a visible focus cue on everything you can reach by keyboard, and motion that respects when you ask it to stop.
What guides us
We move at the pace of the person in front of us. Quiet, authoritative, never a sales pitch.
Every choice is read for legibility. If a process is confusing, that is our problem to fix, not yours.
Practices come from mindfulness research, not folklore. Small, tested, repeatable.
One thing done daily beats a heroic plan abandoned by Thursday. We design for lasting.
The people
Trained in mindfulness-based reflection. Builds the short, daily practices the studio is known for.
Walks people through disability ID paperwork with patience and plain language, never jargon.
Runs the group circles. Holds space for feedback without judgement or rush.
Keeps the journal evidence-led, turning mindfulness studies into steps you can actually use.
Say hello
We will read it ourselves and reply within a working day with one calm, useful next step.
